Sommelier and international man of mystery Zoltan Szabo returns to Good Food Revolution with a new chapter of Zoltan’s Notes. This week Zolly discovers a boutique (1,000 cases a year) Niagara winery called 16 Mile Cellar. While it may no longer be news that Niagara can make wonderful cool climate Chardonnay, it is news, as Mr. Szabo remarks, when it happens for less than $25 a bottle (for now).
