Our old friend Steve Beauchesne of Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co. explains how his team dealt with the tornado warnings that plagued the Friday evening of this year’s Beau’s Oktoberfest.

This year Good Food Revolution’s Malcolm Jolley attended the always-wünderbar Beau’s Oktoberfest without me, as I once again had obligations down in Languedoc, France.

Whilst he was there and I was in Europe I received some frantic texts concerning some pretty serious inclement weather that was threatening to sabotage the best laid plans of the Beau’s team.

Upon my return I discovered that things had all gone a little pear-shaped on the Friday night due to several tornado warnings in the region.

Determined to find out exactly what had happened I sat down with Beau’s Steve Beauchesne for a blow-by-blow account of the evening’s proceedings…
