At last year’s Toronto RAW Wine Fair we took some time out to speak with winemaker Tiago Teles to find out just what he gets up to with the indigenous grape variety Vital in Libson, Portugal.

I was unfamiliar with his wines before, and Vital (AKA Malvasia Corado) wasn’t a grape I had much experience with previously. My thanks must go to Tiago for giving me a Vital 101.
