Alex Patinios of Dionysus Wines & Spirits appears to have quite an eye for predicting trends in the wine world.

In this first part of a two part interview we ask Alex about his entry into the industry and the changes he has seen since he first started bringing in a selection of Greek wines back at the beginning of the 1990s.
