After months of anticipation The Chase and The Chase Fish and Oyster open their doors… and Good Food Revolution were there to take a few snaps so as you can see what Steve Salm and his team have done with this expansive space.

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge, and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… And that whole roasted halibut for two looks damn tasty.
