Last week Luc Bouchard of historied Burgundian house Bouchard Père et Fils was in town for the annual Toronto vernissage of his family’s wines with Woodman Wines and Spirits.
After tasting through a sizeable portfolio of Chablis, Beaujolais and all manner of red and white Burgundy-Burgundy, we grabbed Luc for a quick natter about the pros and cons of the 2013 vintage for Bouchard.
