2011 Spark Blend (2 bottles)
Everyone loves a glass of bubbly, so start your celebration with our Spark Blend. Crafted in the traditional French method from a blend of Chardonnay (65%), Pinot Gris (22%) and Pinot Noir (13%), this complex sparkling has a delicate nose of baked apple, coconut and a hint of marzipan.
2011 Robyn’s Block Chardonnay (2 bottles)
Wow the white wine drinkers in the crowd with our Robyn’s Block Chardonnay. It’s a perennial favorite that bathes the palate with a riveting wash of key lime, steely mineral tones and lip-smacking citrus tang. This wine pairs well with ham, turkey and all the trimmings. (We recommend chilling for an hour, then decanting for an hour before serving).
2010 Cherry Avenue Pinot Noir (2 bottles)
This is one of the best reds made at Tawse. The Cherry Avenue vineyard makes the most Burgundian style of all our Pinot Noirs. The result is a pronounced nose of ripe cherries and berries, violets, and punctuated with a wonderful earthiness. This wine is sure to impress and will pair well with all of your holiday dishes.
