Last week a small group of wine folks had the pleasure of having the lovely Emanuela Stucchi Prinetti from Chinati house Badia a Coltibuono cooking us a light lunch at the Junction’s Bricco Kitchen and Wine Bar. Accompanying her in his whites that afternoon was none other than Toronto’s very own Michael Godel, who’s a bit of dab hand in the kitchen if the truth be told.
After a delicious lunch (and some cracking wines) we sat down for a chat about the history of her family winery…
