Stefan Schwytz is a lawyer by trade, but cuts a dashing swathe as wine writer of considerable skill, craft, and pedigree.
I shared a glass of Grenache/Carignan with him by the pool, and we spoke about the wines of Languedoc, a subject very close to our hearts.
