This week we take a trip to Fiddlehead Nursery in the Beaver Valley to speak with the very amiable Ben Caesar about his fascination with the “food forest” aspect of permaculture and how this relates to the development of his fantastic nursery of rare edible perennials.
Fiddlehead Nursery is open to the public Thursday through Sunday, 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and is located at 235599 Grey County Road 13, Kimberley, around 25 minutes southwest of Collingwood.
