Come taste moreOne of the most interesting attributes of wine is that it so clearly conveys a sense of terroir and when it was made.  It is this fact that allows us to showcase the subtle nuances present even within our vineyard.  At Closson Chase we strive to capture the diverse qualities imparted by the soil and climatic variations of the vintage in our signature Chardonnays and Pinot Noir.

From June to September, one Sunday a month, Keith Tyers and a visiting chef create a unique pairing menu to showcase the artisanal wines.   Together with Erin MacInnis, they’ll escort you through a 4-course wine dinner. Each course is expertly paired with a different wine. Local fare and idyllic surroundings make this a wine experience that creates a lasting impression.
