To celebrate the kickoff of Canada’s National Organic Week, Southbrook Vineyards invites all good food advocates to assemble around Farmers’ Table @Southbrook’s First Annual Lamb Fest. Taking place on Saturday, September 19 from 3pm to 6pm on Southbrook’s terrace, guests will be able to enjoy their farm-raised lamb prepared in three distinct styles by Chef Shawn Murphy.

The lambs to be served were born on Southbrook’s property, and have lived their life grazing on the certified Biodynamic and Organic pasture and hay. These lambs are raised with minimal intervention, high welfare standards and without the use of hormones, GMO’s or grains.
Tickets are $35 dollars plus taxes and be purchased at Southbrook Vineyards’ retail store, by phone at 1-888-581-1581 or by emailing events@southbrook.com. Each ticket includes lamb three ways and a glass of Southbrook wine.
Southbrook’s bistro restaurant, Farmers Table @Southbrook will also be open for regular service from 11:30 am to 5pm that day, for guests to enjoy a light lunch prepared using seasonal Niagara ingredients. Regular lunch service runs Thursday to Monday until September 7 , when Farmers’ Table switches over to fall hours, which will be Friday-Sunday, 11:30am to 5:00pm until Thanksgiving weekend.
