I’ve had this video on hold for a few months, as it was recorded back when the hills of Mono were still covered in snow, hence we are huddled around the fireplace at the ever-so-cosy Adamo Estate Winery tasting room.
Adamo Estate Winery are finally releasing these two, quite frankly superb expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot from the nascent winegrowing region of Mono Hills. What with 20 cases of the Chard, and only 18 of the Pinot, the production is quite limited, so grab them while you can… which is certainly an excellent excuse to make the drive up there to visit the winery.
