This show unites a group of artists whose work is process rather than ideas oriented. The resulting physical interaction between the material and artist is baldly evident in each individual work. While the specific medium and shape of each artist’s work is unique, the materiality and experimental nature is cohesive.
Kelly Cade is a Prince Edward County-based artist and graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design. Her work can be found in private and public collections throughout Canada, the United States and the U.K. She is a member of Loop Gallery in Toronto, and her work can be viewed online at www.loopgallery.ca

Cynthia Mcquillan is a graduate of Central Technical School – Arts Department, Toronto. She has made the County her home for many years and in that time has shown extensively. Her work can be found in private collections across North America .

Jessica Veevers is a professional Painting Conservator currently doing a doctorate in Art History at Concordia University. She has worked at the National Gallery, Canadian Conservation Institute, the McCord Gallery in Montreal and for the art collection at McGill University. The focus for her studies is materiality of modern art, particularly Quebequois artist Yves Gaucher. Her art-making practices include printmaking and painting.
