Every Saturday in February and March we offer delicious tasting events. Each tasting is a unique, intimate experience lead by a local culinary expert. The tastings are not only delicious but also informative – from a behind the scenes workshop on truffle making, learning to mix and sample Winter Cocktails to pairing teas with Ontario honey or savouring organic maple syrup tapped by a local producer in spring.
