Krystina Roman is pretty happy. Her family’s Niagara winery, Rosewood Estates, just won a coveted Lieutenant-Governor’s Award for Excellence in Ontario Wines for their 2010 Reserve Merlot. I met up with Rosewood’s ‘Social Bee’ and periodic GFR contributor in between her meetings in Toronto to shoot the video below, in which she explains how the award came to be and why it’s a really big deal.
