Ranger Wine is delighted to offer you four sensational wines from two outstanding producers in British Columbia. Kitsch Wines and Corcelettes Estate Winery are multi award-winning wineries and leaders in environmental management and sustainability in their practices.
Kitsch Wines
Located in Kelowna, the Kitsch Family has been farming in the Okanagan Valley since 1910. The eponymous winery, Kitsch Wines was opened in 2015 by Ria and Trent Kitsch.
Led by acclaimed winemaker, Graham Pierce, the Kitsch house style is fresh and fruit-forward, with an elegance and purity that has been acclaimed by wine lovers and critics across the country. With a focus on single-vineyard plots the wines display an excellent level of minerality and stone fruit derived from the diverse soils of the vineyard and deft handling and minimal intervention in the winemaking process. Kitsch Wines create wines that are perfect for immediate consumption but will reward time in the cellar.
Corcelettes Estate Winery
A jewel in the breathtaking Similkameen Valley, Corcelettes Estate Winery, owned and operated by Jesce and Charlie Baessler, consistently produce extraordinary wines of depth and purity from their estate vineyards and fruit sourced from neighbouring vineyards in Keremeos. The result is wines that reflect the landscape and terroir of the valley and its rocky Stemwinder soils and microclimate. The heat and desert-like conditions of the day are gently tempered by cool, temperate evenings.
Corcelettes was named Top 10 Small Wineries in both the 2018 and 2019 National Wine Awards of Canada, as well as Top 10 overall in Canada and Top 10 BC Wineries 2019. Currently, the 92 point rated 2018 Syrah is available through the LCBO September Classics Catalogue at $54.95.
