In association with Wüsthof Canada we present the tenth of an educational video series featuring a selection of Toronto Chefs showing us their knife skills using specific knives from the Wüsthof range in the home kitchen environment.
In episode ten we have Chef Carl Heinrich from Toronto’s Richmond Station showing us how to prepare Sauerkraut using the Wüsthof Classic Ikon 8″ Chef’s Knife.
It’s a bit of a longer video than we usually produce, but that’s because there’s a lot more to making Sauerkraut than simply chopping cabbage, as Chef Heinrich explains…
