In association with Wüsthof Canada we present the twelfth of an educational video series featuring a selection of Toronto Chefs showing us their knife skills using specific knives from the Wüsthof range in the home kitchen environment.
In episode eleven we have Chef Daniel Muia of Hooked on The Danforth showing us how to prepare a flat fish (sole), using the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Fillet Knife.
