About Coto de Gomariz
It all started in the late 70s, when pioneers Arsenio Paz and Ricardo Carreiro started recovering indigenous grape varieties before they decided to set up individual winery projects. Fast forward to year 2000, oenologist Xosé Lois Sebio joined the team, Coto de Gomariz rose to fame, and became one of the region’s leading producers.
The Flower and the Bee is an independent project and an introductory label to the world of Coto de Gomariz.

Founded in 2005 by husband and wife duo, Frédéric Porro and Stéphanie Ponson, in the rugged and charming Languedoc-Roussillon.
It all began with experimentation, trial and error. Through hard work and determination, the project has transformed into a successful biodynamic operation producing natural wines of the utmost quality.
