At the Seguin tasting room in Pouilly Fumé, Loire Valley

In the second part of our journey down the Loire Valley we visit the house of Domaine Seguin, a small producer in the centre of Pouilly Fumé.

It’s rarely that the Sauvignon Blanc varietal can reach true greatness, but here, in the very heart of France are made some of the finest examples of what can be achieved with that grape.
