Good Food Revolution first ran into Australian Wine Writer back in 2010 at the Wellington Pinot Noir Festival, New Zealand and remember being most amused at his calling out of the amount of Brettanomyces in a number of the wines presented at one of the larger sit down tastings, what with his nose being so sensitive to such things.
It was a delight to see him earlier this year in Alba, Piemonte for Nebbiolo Prima 2013 and share some wine, beer, and stories. After a good number of drinks I managed to convince him to sit down for a quick interview for Good Food Revolution.
