Upon returning home to Toronto after an action packed five days in Panama City, I look back fondly upon the many lunches and dinners that I somehow managed to fit into so few hours.
Panama City is an extremely exciting place these days, with so many wonderful restaurants offering an enormous selection of steadfastly traditional through to avant garde takes upon Panamanian cuisine.
