There’s nothing like accosting unexpecting visiting Winemakers on the street and asking them a series of unsolicited questions… and that’s exactly what we did with Nicolas Potel (Domaine de Bellene, Burgundy, France) and Cheryl Francis (Rex Hill/ A to Z, Oregon, USA) this afternoon.
The two were just about to head off to this year’s i4C conference, and so we wanted to find out just why they had chosen to be involved.
