Sister’s Run Old Testament Cabernet Sauvignon Coonawarra 2015 – $16.95 —VINTAGES#: 478271 | 750 mL bottle Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of wines, and the famous terra rossa soils of Coonawarra are where you’ll find the grape’s throne room in Australia. It’s here that vines, grown in iron-oxide-rich soils atop a limestone base, produce Australia’s most renowned Cabernets. This single-vineyard example will be a textured, layered, complex wine with rich dark fruit accented by chocolate and spice notes. Ideal for a wide range of barbecue fare. |
