At a steal of a price for crémant, the Cattin Crémant d’Alsace is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, two Alsatian grapes that create a dry and refreshing sparkling wine. Aromas of green apple and white flowers are followed by flavours of citrus and apple delivered along with delicate bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel. The medium body makes it a perfect match for roast turkey or chicken, shellfish and seafood-based dishes, amazing with apple pie, and a perfect aperitif for a dinner party with friends.
