Whist Grand Electric has been enjoying insane line-ups coupled with massive hype for their months-old barbecue joint Electric Mud, that old Parkdale stalwart The Cadillac Lounge has been going through quite the culinary transformation thanks to consultant Chef Michael Pataran.
Seeing as Southern barbecue appears to be all the rage in Parkdale these days, Pataran decided to align the Caddy’s food program with the Memphis sounds that the establishment has been pumping out since day one.
Bringing in a slew of smokers and barbecues, as well his own personal take on all things ‘cue, Pataran has seriously switched up what was previously, to be quite honest, a mediocre Roadhouse-style menu, a very welcome change indeed.
