On a recent jaunt to Edinburgh we stopped off at Innis and Gunn‘s Beer Kitchen to catch up with our old friend, Master Brewer Dougal Sharp.
We first interviewed Dougal way back in the early years of Good Food Revolution, and it is truly inspiring to see just how much the brewery has evolved and expanded since that little chat we had back in 2010.
Over a few pints Dougal and I discuss Innis and Gunn’s recent growth, their fascinating foray into the world of virtual reality, and a “truth serum” beer that they sent to both of the US election candidates.
It’s always a pleasure to see you, Dougal, and we are delighted to see your brewery doing so well, both locally and internationally.
