On Monday, a number of us from Good Food Revolution attended Taste Ontario! 2024 at Toronto’s Park Hyatt. It was an absolutely terrific show, with some of the very best wines Ontario has to offer, there for the tasting.
Before the show began, Master Sommelier Élyse Lambert hosted an extended tutored tasting, guiding us through a number of her favourite Ontario wines.
After her presentation, we managed to grab her for a two-part video interview where we spoke to her about her introduction to Ontario wines and her thoughts regarding the styles and varieties we do well here today.
