From the Chalk Hill Vineyards of the Mediterranean-like region of McClaren Vale, South Australia, wine maker Tom Harvey found himself pondering the notions of the profiles and characteristics of wines made by either man or woman. He proceeded to invite six of the top wine makers in Australia to craft a wine from his most premium Shiraz vineyard. The concept:
