Don’t miss the Local Kitchen crew at Southbrook this weekend! 
Visit Southbrook Vineyards in Niagara this Sunday, August 14th for a special treat. Chef Fabio Bondi and sommelier Michael Sangregorio of Local Kitchen & Wine Bar in Toronto take over the Farmers’ Table bistro for the day.
This pop-up features Local Kitchen’s classic Italian cuisine prepared with seasonal and local ingredients. Many of the ingredients are grown by Michael and Fabio at their campania north of Toronto.
Local Kitchen was a pioneer in Parkdale, and were named to En Route magazines 10 Ten New Restaurants in Canada when they opened in 2010. Their casual yet high-quality approach continues to delight their guests in Parkdale. You can choose from the set menu below, and dine on the stunning patio of Southbrook’s Jack Diamond – designed, LEED certified pavilion. This partnership is sure to be delicious.

Southbrook Vineyards owners Bill and Marilyn Redelmeier launched their boutique winery in 1991. Establishing vineyards in Niagara-on-the Lake in 2005 allowed them to both control wine quality and express their environmental vision through earth-friendly farming. Guided by winemaker and viticulturalist Ann Sperling, Southbrook became Canada’s first winery certified both organic and biodynamic in 2008. The LEED-Gold hospitality pavilion, designed by Jack Diamond of Diamond Schmitt Architects to “sit lightly on the land”, manifests Southbrook’s leadership in responsible use of resources. Visit to taste their delicious Chardonnays, ripe Cabernets and unique skin-fermented Orange wine.
