Languedoc Winemaker Laurent Miquel joins Good Food Revolution for a two part interview.

This week we sit down (virtually) with Languedoc Vigneron, Laurent Miquel. In the first segment of this two part interview, Laurent tells us of his fascinating experiments growing the Spanish grape Albariño near Béziers, and his father’s quest to bring Viognier to the Languedoc.

Look out for Part 2 next week.
