The return of the wonderful Camilla Rossi Chauvet, Winemaker at Massimago, Veneto, Italy.
I have to admit that I was utterly delighted to reconnect with Massimago’s Camilla Rossi Chauvet after a good few years, and interviewing her about the ongoing pandemic in Veneto was just what I needed, as she always exudes such positive energy and optimism.
With Italy slowly coming easing its way out of severe lockdown, it was terrific to hear that Camilla had been reunited with her parents after such a long period of separation.
She also explains how the Italians simply could not wait to be able to gather in bars and restaurants once again, activities so intrinsic to the nation’s way of life.
