This week sees us sit down for an extended interview with Napa Valley Vigneron, John Schwartz of Amuse Bouche and Au Sommet fame.
Rather than focus upon COVID-19, John asked that we discuss the pressing issues surrounding the ongoing wildfires on the West Coast.
Although the wildfires are still active in other regions, they have been brought under control in the Napa Valley; the wineries there are currently dealing with the many problems such blazes bring in their wake, in this case most notably the effects of smoke taint upon the 2020 Napa vintage.
