In part 1 of a 2 part extended interview we speak with Château Pesquié winemaker (and president of the Ventoux AOP), Frédéric Chaudière.
After some technical difficulties a few weeks previously, Frédéric was kind enough to re-record the interview with me, and we got so much into our conversation that it ran a little longer than we had expected.
In Part 1 we speak about the Ventoux appellation, his work with organic and biodynamic viticulture, and his experiments with some new/old grape varieties to mitigate the impact of climate change.
Watch out for Part 2 next week.
