I’m hosting an ALL STAR panel at the CRFA (Canadian Restaurant and Food Association) show this Sunday at 1.30pm with Chefs Grant Van Gameren (Bar Isabel), “Matty” Matthew James Matheson (Parts & Labour), Chris McDonald (Cava), alongside the lovely foodbloggers Jennifer Chan (foodpr0n.com) and Vanessa Toye (tongueandcheek.ca)
Entitled “Everyone’s A Critic These Days” we’ll be discussing whether foodblogs, Twitter, Instagram, Chowhound and the like are a help or a hinderance for today’s restaurateur. An very interesting question indeed.
The gloves will be off, with all of the panelists having passionate feelings about the topics at hand, so it should prove to be a lively session.
For more details and tickets visit the CRFA website here.
