Earlier this year I had the pleasure of visiting the winery and vineyards of Kir-Yianni located in the Naoussa region of Northwestern Greece. Recently Stellios Boutaris of Kir-Yianni was in town for a fantastic dinner at Toronto’s Malena restaurant. After many a glass of Kir-Yianni wine I made the decision to grab Stellios and take him upstairs for a little chat… the following is what transpired…
