This week GFR sits down for some delicious early morning wine with Winemaker Erinn Klein in Toronto’s Autumnal Trinity Bellwoods Park.
Erinn makes some outstanding terroir-driven wines in Australia’s Adelaide Hills region under the Ngeringa label.
Apparently he finds our country’s gorgeous Fall weather a bit too chilly for his liking… lightweight.
Lovely bloke though, and the wines are damn exceptional.

Jamie: You know these interviews are magic…..you can learn more about wine in 5 minutes in these discussions than any dry as a bone 45 minute seminar…Should be required viewing for any “Wine Course”…it just reeks of authenticity….
Also Erinn should welcome the fact and be grateful that his wines were served (chilly-organically) at the correct cellar temperature… ha ha ha
