Tedeschi Carasco – An exceptional wine from one of the masters of Ripasso-style wines in Veneto. Departing from the typical blend of grapes in Ripasso, this is a blend of Corvina, Raboso and Refosco aged in Slovenian oak for 1 1/2 years. – 90 pts Gregory del Plaz, Snooth
Umani Ronchi Rosso Conero ‘San Lorenzo’ – Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, the wine expresses more of a softer and rounded character than it’s counterpart from Abruzzo. The San Lorenzo is a wine that pleases all palates – 95 pts Carolyn Hammond, Toronto Star
Librandi Ciro Rosso Classico Superiore – From the southern tip of the boot of Italy, this Italian gem is made from the Gagliopo grape which originated in Greece. It is located in one of the cru regions of Ciro, it shows hints of chocolate and tobacco and is a well structured and balanced wine that is age worthy.
