This week we sit down for some early morning champagne and cheesy puffs with the three Sommeliers behind Toronto’s Sommelier Factory.
For a number of years The Sommelier Factory has been hosting educational sessions and intimate tasting salons. They have also garnered a reputation for presenting an enviable array of bottles that make me long for the wines I was privileged to taste back in my days of study with the WSET in the UK.

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge, and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… And he enjoyed those cheesy puffs. They go well with Champagne too!
