Inniskillin Wines is thrilled to announce a full four days of Canada Day Celebrations profiling all things Canadian.
Come and join us, eh! Inniskillin is proud to be recognized throughout the world as a great Canadian icon due to
our Icewine and the rich history of being Canada’s first estate winery. To acknowledge this, we want to show and
share our Canadian pride while profiling the wonderful seasons of Canada. What better place to celebrate Canada
than in Canadian Wine Country feeling the heat of our summer and the cool of our winters.
So… imagine arriving at Inniskillin – in July – greeted by someone waving a Canadian flag wearing a red
Canadian T-shirt and a red Winter Scarf!
ROCKIN’ ON THE VINEYARD RINK – SKATIN’ AMONGST THE VINES!
The ultimate winter Canadian sport of skating can be enjoyed in our Vineyard Rink-a teflon skating rink surrounded
by rows of Vidal Icewine grapes. Here visitors can skate in shorts and t-shirts and not get frostbite!!! Put on the
blades yourself and take a spin or watch a skating performance. Limited number of skates and sizes available or
bring your own!

SMOKIN’ ON THE PIAZZA – TASTIN’ AND SIPPIN’ CANADIAN FOOD AND WINES
The Piazza will be a sea of Canadian flags, picnic tables with red umbrellas, BBQing and Muskoka chairs. Guests
can look out at the scenic vineyards while enjoying Canadian cuisine from various vendors showcasing food from
across the country. Niagara Estate Chef David Penny will be featuring “small plates”- creative soup; salad;
charcuterie & artisan cheeses; and grilled cheese.
CHILLIN’ OUT IN FOUNDERS’ HALL
Enjoy our indoor lounge in Founders’ Hall-The Chill Zone- featuring the Inniskillin Icewine Bar and our internationally
recognized Icewines. Taste from a selection of Icewines while sipping from an actual glass made of ice or experiencing
our Riedel Icewine Glass. In honour of the occasion we will be selecting special older vintages from our wine library
to taste and to purchase. Explore the unique pairing of Icewine with dark chocolate or parmesan cheese. Complete
this “chilly” culinary experience with everyone’s favourite–ice cream and Icewine inspired Sno-Cones.

The Vineyard Skating Rink and all wine and food profiled above continue in The Piazza and Founders’ Hall with the
addition of Niagara Estate Chef David Penny preparing his version of Canadian favourite Poutine in the evening!
2:00 pm-4:00 pm – Celebrity Chef Demonstration and Book Signing
Chefs Anna Olson & Michael Olson will be the star attraction for a uniquely Canadian food demonstration and
sampling followed by a book signing.
As darkness sets in enjoy the unique experience of watching fireworks cascade over the Vineyards! Keep the night
chill away while you roast marshmallows and enjoy Cabernet Franc Icewine S’mores.
CANADA DAY CONTEST
Inniskillin is currently holding a contest on Facebook where Canadians are encouraged to tell their ultimate Canadian
wine experience story. The prize includes a trip to the winery, three nights at the award winning Harbour House in
Niagara-on-the-Lake, and VIP access to Inniskillin Canada Day celebrations.

Daily activities July 2nd-Sunday July 4th 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
-no admission charge; food and wine priced separately with many choices -$5:00-$15:00.
Tours: every hour on the half hour starting at 10:30 am until 4:30 pm. ($5:00 per person with redeemable voucher)
