Having always been rather particular in my tastes when it comes to wines from Napa, over the decades Dunn Vineyards are one of those producers that I have been consistently drawn towards; there’s something unique that they draw from their Howell Mountain soils that really sits well in the glass for me.
Crafting wines with some quite remarkable longevity, vigneron/winemaker Mike Dunn took some time out of his busy schedule to chat with us at Good Food Revolution.
This week, in Part One, we talk about the history of Dunn Vineyards and what makes the Howell Mountain terroir so very special.
Look out for Part Two next week.
