We have been looking to conduct a video interview with Peller Estates‘ Winemaker Katie Dickieson for quite some time now, and so we were absolutely delighted that she was able to spare a little time for us after finishing off the 2018 Icewine harvest… in 2019, no less.
Katie tells us all about her start in the winemaking business, her vinous travels around Canada and the world, how she ended up back at Peller Estates after her journeywoman years, and what is really exciting her grape-wise in Ontario these days.
