This week we chat with Joe Lange, a fifth generation wine farmer from Lodi, California.
His family’s wine business, Lange Twins Family Winery & Vineyards, has a rich history that goes back to the late 1800s when his great-grandparents emigrated from Germany to California.
In Part 2 of this extended interview we talk about two of the Lange Twins available in the Ontario market, namely the Sandpoint Chardonnay and the 2019 Ivory & Burt Cabernet Sauvignon. We also speak about the close relationship between the Lange twins and wine legend Robert Mondavi, a relationship that was to prove to be integral to the success of the wines of the Lodi region.
