Ever since Winemaker Jay Johnston came on board at Hidden Bench we have been trying our damnedest to arrange a video interview, but somehow the camera-shy Johnston evaded us at every turn.
Last week Good Food Revolution door-stepped him at his place of work him so the poor fellow couldn’t really escape. After a little cajoling he succumbed to our whims and provided us with the excellent interview you can view above.
