Toronto’s legendary Splendido restaurant will host one of Canada’s most celebrated wineries, Hidden Bench in what is sure to be an evening you won’t soon forget.
Enjoy an evening of fine contemporary cuisine from Chef Victor Barry, accompanied by an incredble flight of premium, rare, aged wines from the library of Hidden Bench Proprietor Harald Thiel.
Join us as winemaker Marlize Beyers hosts an informative evening of question and answer, and speaks to the wines. Proprietor, vigneron and entertainer extraordinaire Harald Thiel will be on hand to provide some insight into his vision and perspecitves on Ontario wine making.
This is a unique opportunity to taste some of Ontario’s finest wines, kept in perfect storage conditions at the winery, which are showing the fruits of well aged, fine wine.
This event will begin with a reception of passed hors d’oeuvres from 6:30-7:15pm.
