We’re blessed in many ways at Local Kitchen & WB, one of those, is the fact that our phone constantly rings.  The other day, when I picked up the line, it just so happened to be none other then Chris Macdonald, chef/owner of Cava restaurant.  For those of you who don’t know of Chris (I’m sure not many) he’s one of Toronto’s most celebrated chefs.  To sum up the long and short of the conversation, Chris invited Fabio to participate in Cava’s 1st annual Ground Hog Invitational Challenge (details below).
