This week we have the pleasure of interviewing George Brown College‘s Adrian Caravello about the second year of a groundbreaking new course in Wine and Beverage Business Management. This fascinating post-graduate program, as the name implies, focuses heavily upon the business side of the wine world, giving students a firm foundation for a career in the wine industry.

As Adrian is about to embark on a second year of teaching the course in the fall, we spoke to him about what makes this program so different from all the other wine courses out there… and I’ll admit, it does sound rather special.
