Winemaker Adam Pearce and the Marotta family worked hard to find vineyards that would combine to create a wine with carefully balanced vibrant fruit, bright acidity, and rich texture.
The Chardonnay for 2016 comes from the oldest Chardonnay vineyard in Canada Lenko vineyard, located in the Beamsville Bench. This vineyard is known for producing world-calibre Chardonnay with pronounced intensity, complexity, and focused structure.
