Almost five years ago, when Malcolm Jolley and myself first spoke about starting Good Food Revolution, we put together a dream list of twenty five companies that we would really like to work with. These were companies that we felt shared our philosophies, companies that we would ask to become Good Food Fighters, the invited sponsors whose support allows us to publish this website.
At the top of that list was Beretta Farms.
After five years of publishing Good Food Revolution each and every week, bar a couple of occasions where either technology or festive/familial obligations have gotten the better of us, we are delighted to announce that Beretta Farms are onboard to be our newest Good Food Fighter.
In celebration of this partnership, on a chilly Ontario Fall morning we journeyed out to meet Cynthia Beretta at her farm near King City to chat about the history of Beretta, how they have grown over the years, where they are today… and to meet some of her herd.
